Our 1-year warranty addresses defects resulting from construction, not from resident damage or misuse.

Interior & exterior doors not closing, latching, or aligning properly
Hairline cracks in drywall, ceilings, or trim
Cabinetry, fixtures, or hardware installed incorrectly at time of build
Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues attributable to original installation
Window seals, weatherstripping, and related weatherproofing defects

Not Covered

Damage caused by resident impact, such as holes in walls
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time
Issues arising from modifications made after closing

Warranty FAQs

How long does my warranty last?

Your warranty is valid for one full year from the date of closing on your new Elevate Luxury Home, giving you peace of mind through every season in your first year of ownership.

How do I submit a claim?

Use the warranty claim form at the top of this page. Provide your property address, closing date, and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within two business days.

What types of defects are covered?

Anything attributable to the original construction: doors not closing properly, wall or ceiling cracks, fixture alignment, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC installation issues, and weatherproofing defects.

What is not covered?

Damage caused by the homeowner or guests (impact holes, breakage), normal wear and tear, or any modifications made after closing fall outside the warranty.

How long does a repair take once a claim is approved?

Most approved repairs are scheduled within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the scope of work and coordination with the appropriate trade partner.

Can I transfer my warranty if I sell the home?

The warranty is tied to the original construction period and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
